We recently moved to NJ about a year ago from New York City and quickly realized that there were bugs we have never seen before. We asked a family friend who also lives in the area and they highly recommended Cowleys! We called them explained the situation and they made us an appointment in less than a week. They were kind, friendly, professional and thorough. We ended up getting the gold plan, which means I can call anytime for a year to have them respray. Keith we and Stefan have been our technicians and they were both so kind and responsive. Listened to me and extended the trapping time due to my concerns that there may still be more animals to remove from our backyard. Additionally it was extremely important to me that the animals weren’t harmed and they gently and humanely set them free far enough from our home in a place that is better for the animals than a small backyard with our multiple dogs and cat and kids. We really appreciate the help.
