After getting my tank filled, I was made aware that the tank whistle was broken and the letter they sent me stated I could go into their local office to purchase the parts I needed. I drove 30 minutes to the closest office but they didn’t have all the parts I needed. I was told to come back the next day (Friday) to get the rest of the parts. I drove all the way home and back out the next day. They told me they forgot to set aside the parts for me and to come back the next day (saturday) and that they would have the parts ready. I woke up early Saturday morning and once again made the long drive out to get the parts. THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED! Why would they tell me to come back if the office was going to be closed? Needless to say, I now have to return a 5th time to just get a few replacement parts. Customer service is obviously not at the top of their list and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for parts/ fuel oil since Mirabito clearly needs to work on being better to their customers.
