Got the paint, went to paint counter for color change, waited for a minute,, then went to csr whom was going. To notify,, waited for over 10min., 7 employees walked by, 3 went to car and 4 went to stand by furniture, asked an employee and they said they would send someone, waited another 6min. Still Noone, besides the front row veterans parking, their is still no organization at lowes with employees.

Not one person who "works" there gives a darn about customer service. We recently purchased a dishwasher for install and I've tried repeatedly to find out if it's come in to be able to schedule the installation and absolutely no one would answer the phone. I asked for a manager and still nothing.

My son went to Lowes Oneonta to exchange a product. He said hands down the best customer service he had ever experienced with a gentleman by the name Doug. So big shout out to Doug—thank you so much.
