Buyer beware - Asian jumping worm infestation! I'm so sad to write this, because this place is lovely, has a tremendous selection of plants including natives, and really exceptional prices. However BUYWER BEWARE - they have a massive infestation of invasive asian jumping worms and don't care. I discovered them when moving some potted trees I was considering buying. Needless to say I did not make a purchase that day. When I confronted the staff (in a friendly manner) to ask if they knew what these worms were and that they were a major problem, they essentially shrugged. The employee told me they had been told the same thing by a customer in the spring. They were doing nothing about it, not even so much as alerting customers to the issue or the risk (forget mitigation or other control measures, of which there aren't really any great ones). SO disappointing - if you want to be part of the spread of this devastatingly invasive creature, go forth at Walker Farm. Otherwise I suggest sticking only to produce and steering clear of all plant sales. I truly hope management will read this and take some action to address their invasive asian jumping worm issue - it really pains me to leave this review, but the inaction by the staff leaves me no choice.

Walker Farm is lovely. Happy music playing to stimulate the people, the plants, and the hummingbirds that were buzzing about. Many plants and trees on sale so many prices are comparable to box stores, some are even better. Plants nicely grouped by color and sun or shade,, something I don't normally see at the box stores, but extremely helpful. Nice little produce stand as well for vegetables, fruits, and a cool drink.

I live right down the road and for years I have always wondered why it was always so packed there and told myself I need to see what the hype was about. Well, I finally stopped in and now I get it! It’s the most adorable little garden center! They have a huge variety of tree, plants, garden decor and so much more! You can tell they take really great care of all their products too! We bought 2 Japanese maples. They were on the pricier side, but you can tell the quality of the tree. We also bought all our veggies from them for the garden and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the products. Everything was very healthy and is thriving! Definitely understand now why they are always so busy! Will be returning and telling everyone!

A wonderful variety of produce to choose from. In the gardening section is phenomenal, some unusual things are there. Check it out.

The corn is from Deerfield, MA. We hope ours will be ready by end of week but we need rain
Hi, right now we concentrate on the garden center although we have lots of greens from our produce greenhouses. We switch the Farmstand over to big time produce in early June and that’s usually when tomatoes are ready. I can’t wait either! Thanks… Jack
Lots of perennials ready now but not familiar with pixterbloom, sorry.
Sorry, sold out until next Spring
We don't have seed garlic for sale but you can plant our organic garlic. Don't try to plant grocery store garlic as it has a sprout inhibitor usually. High Meadows farm in Putney usually has nice seed garlic for sale.
Absolutely!
