I was having problems with access codes on my IPhone. The ATT store referred me to Redding Smart Repair and they solved my issues quickly. I will certainly use their services again if needed and would recommend them to folks such that lack a lot of techie skills.

Visited the store with a broken Android phone. Met with Josh Lauser, who was juggling customer interaction on a busy day. I was very pleased that he was able to look at my phone for me as a walk in. He did preliminary trouble shooting steps quickly, ruling out battery and software issues. He narrowed it down to a hardware issue with the phone, and he was honest with me regarding costs and practicality of the repair. I so appreciate his efforts, professionalism, and competency he has with cell phones. I highly recommend this store based on this experience, which reflects well on management's expertise in talented tech staffing.

Cracked the screen on my s20+ and got it replaced by this outfit. Had some ghost touching but didn't bring it in for the 30 days cause I had already poured a tempered glass screen on it. Didn't learn my lesson on getting a good phone cover and cracked it again. Brought it back in again and this time no ghost touches! Turnaround time is great. They do get pretty busy and I imagine too focused on their work to give call backs. Just go in with the mindset that you'll probably have to give them a call to get updates. Personally I had to call the first time to see if it was ready (it was they just hadn't called). Second time I had to call to see if the part was in. Actually got a text when the phone was ready to be picked up (pleasantly surprised). So all in all communication could be ramped up but I imagine they are pretty busy. Redding isn't known for having lots of tech people so I advise practicing patience with the ones we do have.
