Will never order a delivery online ever. The worst experience. A whole week an still no package nor delivery date. What is going on?? I emailed support and they could tell me nothing different besides it's enroute. I didn't just order just to have but bc I needed it.

This store is packed with things that a crafter or seamstress may enjoy! The employees I spoke with were helpful. The cashier told me how to find a coupon. Nice! Check out their fabrics, coloring books, art supplies, and so much more!

I have had issues with a recent order having fabric canceled while it is still available on the website. I ordered 17 yards of flannel for family pajamas and originally 4 yards shipped, 5 yards were stated as processing and 8 yards were cancelled. Less than 24 hours after the cancellation the fabric was still available on the website and customer service to me to re-order and they would refund me the difference in price. I ordered the 8 yards, which was on sale for the same price, however now the 5 yards that were stated as processing have now been canceled and it is still available on the website as available to ship. There needs to be a better way of tracking inventory and fulfilling orders made online in full. If there is an issue where the whole order won't be able to ship the customer should be contacted to see if they want a partial cut or if they want the whole thing refunded. I now need to figure out what I am going to do for family pajamas for my family as I cannot make what I need short that many yards, and I know that customer service will not do anything to help get the fabric to me other than say to re-order again.

Very nicely stocked with fabric, craft supplies and accessories for sewing, crafting or knit/crochet projects. It's a little haul from Charlotte (mostly due to traffic), but worth the trip since there no longer is a JoAnn's in Charlotte.

Yes they do. And pastry bags. And molds. And melting chocolates. And fondant and gel coloring. Try downloading the joanns app and setting it to a store in your area and check out what they have in stock.

Felt totally safe there. Carts are cleaned. Plexiglass at the registers. Masks are required. Always busy. Been buying lots of fabric there during the pandemic.

The have multiple sizes of foam you can buy what ever size you need. Range from very small to very large.
