I thought this company was a godsend- I was wrong! I came I'm for my car inspection for tags. I had been to 4 places and no one had tech on staff, until found Precision. They said be short wait and be done. 3 hours later, I was told my car failed. They stated 2 tires were dangerous but luckily could repair for upwards $400. I declined as I knew a few were getting older but we keep up maintenance and repairs on all vehicles. I was frustrated as my kids were now home alone (being 3 hours) and phone was dead. I needed my car asap. Then a tech conveniently runs in to express my battery isn't working right now and they can pull out to test, charge repair etc..I demanded my car back. They charged me pro rate and was told to come back next day for repair. While I waited for my keys, the exact same diagnosis was given to 5 other customers in line and on phone. All the EXACT. SAME. They are told tires failed and "typically due to customers not rotating tires every 6 months." Therefore people were handing over cards to pay for them and then pass inspections. I took my car over to local auto shop to test my tires and inspections. Passed. They told me 2 tires were getting old and i shoukd change them or rotate in next month or so. They had zero knowledge of previous place and outcome. I stopped off at a big chain tire place and had them look at tires, same diagnosis. My review? Precision upsells the old tires (and who knows what else) in order to increase sales. This was purely my impression and review based off my experience.

These guys were excellent. The lady at the front desk was awesome. Technicians were brilliant too. They solved my car problem to the root. My car drives smoothly now.
