Worst customer service I have ever experienced I went there because I was facing issues with my debit card e-transactions. They just said call the number behind and left me. Still I am facing problems from 2 days. Even the customer contacts number are not picking phone call. Worst. I wasted my time being there

Awful service! I don’t usually have time for reviews but this time it was absolutely necessary . I have a business and I opened an account with chase as it was more convenient for me. My branch is in central Avenue and the service there is outstanding but is hard to find parking so I come to Journal square for that reason but EVERY TIME I come there the cashiers are so distracted weather is talking to others next to them or just pretending to be busy. Once there is eye contact they are careless, like a machine asking how are you but not really looking for a response. Absolutely awful service.if there is a little issue , they talk to you as being enjoyed and if you ask”too much” they will ask you to make an appointment. On my way out I asked to speak to the manager but of course when I explained the reason, they stated he was in a meeting. I’m now highly considering on moving my account this is some poor service and care .

i have banked with chase 10 plus years ,since i recently moved to jersey city from manhattan i decided to go to journal square location with a "appointment" with banker "NIRMALA PATEL" at 330 pm .we arrived earlier at 3 instead and was welcomed by Nirmala who seemed least interested in helping us open an account after we requested her to do so after asking her question regards to another current account. (TIME 3:15pm), she asked us to make ANOTHER appointment since she REQUIRED a whole HOUR ,i asked if another banker may help us since she "DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH TIME " ?she replied they were short on staff and would not be able to do so .I left the location with no banking done after even having to show up before time .It really is insane how they are running this location with such working ethics specially banking .I rather suggest to go to 'Grove st "location where they seem more professional and willing to help their customers .

We are here now. My wife came into the bank and she was in the process of withdrawing 500 from the Mac machine inside of the bank. The transaction went through but no money or receipt printed. But the money deducted from our account immediately. We spoke to Manger Sam and he said that it’s our fault. No one at the bank seems to care of what’s going. We were told to call customer service and let them know. This is so rude and frustrating. Manger Sam threatens to call the police because we ask him questions pertaining to our money. He acted as if we did something wrong. This is so not rite. Yes, we raised our voices and then we all calmed down. But still no solution but chase got our money and get a negative balance.
