My car was damaged after driving off the road in a snow storm. Getting it repaired was never easier! My insurance scheduled an appointment in a matter of days. They had trouble with the paint and kept it a little longer to make sure they got it right! Everyone was super friendly and helpful during the entire process.

I've had to deal with many body shops recently. (Sadly people have forgotten how to drive) In saying that A-1 business was by far the very best. Everything went as smoothly as it could have gone. My rental was there when I dropped off my car. I was kept up to date the whole week by text on the progress of the repair work. My vehicle was done when they told me it was going to be done, honestly it looked absolutely amazing. As far as the staff, they answered all my questions in full. At no time did the staff act as though I was a pain in the butt. We all know how frustrating it is to be hit to begin with than to have so many questions and someone gives you attitude about taking the time to answer them. The staff had patience and took the time which I appreciated. I highly recommend this business and the staff is absolutely amazing! Hopefully you will not need them anytime soon, but if you do definitely give them a call.
