Disappointed ! Salesman dragged his feet on things, was supposed to put a ladder on the camper and a month later I'm still waiting, talked about free camping which I had to keep on him to get and which turned out to be a sales pitch, camper had a short in the brake light which I feel should have been tested before I got the camper and took another hour to fix. Won't be going back there.

We were first time RV buyers and Jim’s was the perfect place for us. Our salesperson MJ was honest, educational and great! From the minute we walked in from the minute we left with our TT we felt we had the support of the entire staff of Jim’s.
