My son comes home from college and I wanted to take him out for a good dinner. We sat at an outdoor table, the waitress was training a new employee, as they took our order, two more tables were seated. The waitress took everybody’s orders at once. My son’s appetizer came out, then his meal, then all of the other tables got served and guess what? I NEVER GOT MY MEAL! I asked to speak with a manager and it took her 15 minutes to come out. Then, instead of coming to our table, she proceeded to hold a conversation with a different table, who were her friends. They chatted for another 5 minutes, while we sat there, still with no food! When she finally asked me what was wrong, she blamed the new waitress for messing up my order, which wasn’t true. I understand being short handed, every business is understaffed, but the I Don’t Care attitude the manager had, was appalling! The chef completely missed my order because the wait staff flooded him with too many orders at once, NOTHING TO DO WITH BEING UNDER STAFFED! Be honest and own your mistakes, don’t blame it on the economy.

It's great to have the Inn reopened. The menu is nice and the service was excellent. I can't wait to go back.
