This location is recently under new management, and I've seen many positive changes so far. I've stopped by a few times recently, and the service has always been quick and friendly. There are plenty of staff to keep up with the orders, both in the Drive-Thru and inside. My orders have been correct, and the food has been warm and fresh.

This location seems like it struggles as a general rule (pre-“pandemic” and pre-employee shortage). I ordered a large regular coffee in the drive through, and once I got to the window, I didn’t have to wait too long for it. It did take quite a while to get to the order location though. Odd because I didn’t think I was going at a peak busy period for them. Probably just understaffed?

Terrible! I was asked to park in a waiting spot because there were 2 minutes left for the cookies I had ordered. 12 minutes later I call inside because I thought they forgot about me. They tell me the cookies are almost done and that my order will be right out. I get home and the cookies I received were burnt to a crisp and hard as a rock. This is not the first time I've had terrible service there, but this experience pushed me to give them a review.
