If doing a live bring a lunch. Doing a drop and hook wear hip boots. The trailer parking is a swamp. Vary dirty and unorganized. Can take a hour to get in to the place. Be prepared.

Most inconsiderate people. Told us we could show up a half hour early for the appointment that WE couldn’t be late for. They have us drop off our trailer and call back in 2 hrs. It’s now 5.5 hrs and 10 calls later and we are still sitting here waiting for them to load and gives us our trailer. Others have been waiting longer than us. With the money they are making they need to hire some employees and stop taking money out of pockets with their incompetence.

Customer as a whole was a good experience. Load was pre loaded and ready to go easy in easy out. However those three women working the guard shack could use a little social help. They seem to be mad at someone and I took the hit.
