We always have fun at the picking patch it was even more fun to have my son enjoy it for the first time

Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Great place to let the kids run around and not worry about anything happening to them. Staff are always helpful. Corn maze is definitely a must. Have been going there for the past 10 years and will continue our family tradition for many more years.

This place is a fun family place to go. The maze is fun and the staff is great. If your in the area check them out.

Went back for the first time in MANY years - used to take the kids (who are all grown up now) here to get pumpkins back in the day, and this place has come a long way! Enough to keep kids occupied and having fun for an afternoon without having to spend too much money! Of course, you CAN spend more on all the items for sale in the shop, but tickets for the attractions are reasonable (8 for $10 and most things take just one ticket although the hayride takes two, I think) and there is quite a bit to do for free, too. The Apple Chucker was out of commission and being worked on while we were there but looks like it would be fun. We didn't try the corn maze because it wouldn't have been fun for our son, don't think, but it looks big and impressive! The animals were fun, the bounce pillows looked like a good time and kids AND adults can jump all day with a $4 wristband. There's a little train for young kids, a free wooden maze and corn tunnel, a fun house for littles and assorted things to take pictures with your kids' heads in the holes. The bigger pumpkins were 4/$20, I think, but there were bins of cute little pumpkins and those round white gourd things for only $1 each, so we grabbed those instead. There were also some beautiful mums for $9.99. The snack bar was reasonable - we got a big lunch-bag full of popcorn for $1.50 and there were these adorable little cider sippers in red plastic-apple-shaped containers for only $1.60. There were fresh donuts for .75 or a better deal if you bought more. And of course candy apples, caramel apples, etc. I can't wait to bring my little granddaughter over next week and let her ride the train, see and feed the animals, get some snacks, buy some gourds, and stick her head in a hole to take her cute picture! ;) And maybe come back another time to try the maze, too! Quite an operation they've got going, and all of the staff (there were lots around) were very approachable and helpful, and friendly and patient with our adult son with special needs, too. A+

Phase 1 takes been 15 and 30 minutes, phase two can take anywhere from 45 minutes to two hours. If you go on the weekend there are "corn cops" to help direct you.
The pumpkins are already picked and lined up for customers to choose from. I've been looking for an actual pumpkin picking place myself as I'd like to take my children through how we did it when we were kids!
