City towing truly takes care of their customers. Arrived in a timely fashion, go over and above helping individuals out. Several times they helped me with things in my vehicle or questions I had so I didn't have to go up there. They are amazing!!!

Great people!!! I called and set up to have my pull behind camper moved because the axle on one side was messed up they came with a rollback and had it loaded in 15 minutes then drove 40 miles to drop it off at my home at around 11 pm at night they were very friendly and professional it was a pleasure to do business with them and I will refer them to anyone that is in need of this type of service

City towing is a wonderful business who cares about their customers. My husband and I were stuck on the side of the road outside of charlotte after our tire blew out on our RV. We had problems finding a towing company that could handle our vehicle because of its size but Sidney Low was so kind and courteous. He came and got us off the side of the road and he made the bad day we were having much better by getting us home. I cannot thank him enough and will recommend city towing.

Talked to receptionist the day we were told that our vehicle would be picked up and the receptionist called the person that was going to be picking up the vehicle and said that if it had to be picked up by 5pm they couldn't do that but if it could be by 6pm that they could do that. I said that was fine. It didn't get picked up that day. It's a work vehicle and it needed to be towed that day to our mechanic so they could find out what was wrong with it so that if parts needed to be ordered, etc, then that could be done and work could start. Took vacation because didn't have another vehicle to drive route with. No one called to tell me that my vehicle wouldn't be towed so I could make other arrangements. Poor customer service!
