Round 1: I took my Tacoma in to have it inspected and evaluated and I bought it used and wanted a professional opinion on it. Without permission they gave me a tire alignment. I paid for it to avoid confrontation. Round 2: I called to schedule an oil change with them and was informed that my service advisor would reach out to me to discuss some questions that I had. That never happened…. I called to ask to speak with someone to give me an idea of the timeline of how long it would take them to change my oil. The person in the service department got disgruntled and snapped back that she wasn’t qualified to answer that question. She refused to find out for me. I’m a paying customer and will never come back. Good riddance. I wouldn’t waste your time buying cars here. Literally everyone who answers the phones is aggressive and rude. UPDATE: Moments after I called to cancel my oil change I called a different Toyota dealer very close by. They are able to schedule me for 8:30am tomorrow and the gentleman that I spoke with was qualified to give me a timeline on how long it would take to get my oil changed!!

10/10 for service and purchase. Everyone we’ve worked with at Leith over the last few years really seems to take pride in delivering quality service. We had an issue last year that was caused by a Toyota shop in another state and Bobby went out of his way to make sure it was covered, even at some of their own expense. Purchase - We bought a new car through Mitch last year and had a no-stress experience with great communication.

Timely, professional service. The only issue is pre-quotes on price may not be accurate unless you specify your specific vehicle and ask if there are add-on costs such as shop costs, document fees etc., Otherwise you could be surprised with a much higher actual cost for repairs. For example in my case, I had a wheel stud replaced on my Toyota Corolla and while it was in the shop I asked them to check the 4-wheel alignment because I had just bought new tires. The alignment was out and needed to be done but I did not have it done that day as it was too late. When I called back to make the service appointment I knew to ask how much it would be out the door and was quoted a price from the service manager which matched the price that was given to me after they checked the alignment, but when I actually brought it in for the service I was told it was $100 more than the original quoted price for the four wheel alignment. When I asked why, the service tech said that my car needed extra parts and that was the extra cost. I said well you knew my car because you did the alignment check the week before, why didn't you give me the exact proper price back then? He said this was the first time he looked at the actual estimate for the alignment for my specific car and he didn't know that it needed more parts and therefore was more expensive. I said that that does not make sense and that's not acceptable. I should have gotten the actual true cost when they gave me the results of the alignment check. The service tech was going to just let me drive out the door without the alignment which was very upsetting and frustrating, like he didn't care. That is when I said I wanted to speak to the service manager. She and I ended up discussing the issue and agreed that there was a lack of communication on the part of her staff who needed to be more specific on price quotes for specific vehicles and also that I should confirm actual price quotes for my specific vehicle. Regardless, as a goodwill gesture, she honored the original price quote so I did not have to spend the extra $100 and could feel comfortable to drive on my new tires over the holiday weekend. I felt that this was a very good resolution and I appreciated the service manager honoring the original price quote that both the service tech and she originally gave to me. I would have given them five stars but because of this I gave only four to let other folks know to be sure to check on actual pricing.

Yes, but you may discover that they are not much less expensive than new cars and the interest rate on new cars is usually lower.
I cannot recommend taking your car there on any day, but they are closed on Sunday.
Online is cheaper than dealer marked up prices
Yes. You can get your car inspected at Leith Toyota. A great company to to do business with.
