Manager is aggressive and arrogant. I'm a new resident to 50 Columbus arrived first day during midnight, was planning to complete paper work next day. While the manager refuse to talk with front desk who could confirm my residency. He even said "I am above (hand holding at his head) and the front desk people are down there (pointing the floor)" Wow, what a poor man. Everybody deserves respect, and you are just a manager tbh. Hope you enjoy your life

If going into NYC via the Path train it’s easier and cheaper to park in the Journal Square lots, this location is too expensive. JSQ lots are as safe, covered, security patrolled and location easier to reach from Turnpike and suburbs and doesn’t require driving through clogged local downtown roads where there’s more pedestrians, way too much construction and hassle at Grove street. JSQ is better and hopping Path train a stop ahead meant I got a seat while at more crowded Grove st stop isn’t assured.

Literally been parking at this garage for 3 years AT LEAST three times a week. Never had a problem. However, I’m extremely upset with the lack of interpersonal skills from the attendants — no 15 mins courtesy like the signs say for members of the gym..... “only for paying people”. I do pay, I pay the gym $150 a month to give me free parking..........

This is my go to garage whenever I travel to New York. It is a self parking garage which I prefer. Always plenty of spaces available. Very reasonable prices to park. Much cheaper then actually driving into the city. It is a 1 block walk to get onto the PATH train.
