Over all excellence but pricey....$20 for 4 blueberry topped Pancakes and 4 links. Occupancy was super slammed but worth the wait. Food and service was excellent. Will be back asap. Definitely holding on to brand quality.

Lackluster grilled chicken salad, one of the healthier options but hardly any tomato, just raw mushrooms, a few thin rings of onion, some avocado & leaves. Friendly service, clean.

I loved their combo. You get to try lots at once. Compare to quality the price is real good. They will serve you as much coffee as you want with no extra fee. Waiters were great too. I enjoyed my breakfast there and totally recommend it.

From the moment you enter the door you're greeted immediately by a very nice person. The wait staff are all super kind and helpful. I loved my waitress and I saw her carry like 8 dinners to another table with no effort and then pour 2 cups of coffee in one hand with the pot in the other and not spill a drip. It's not the Plaza Hotel it's IHOP but it's one of the nicest, cleanest, most efficient IHOP restaurants I've ever been too and our food and dessert were all fresh and yummy and who doesn't love a bottomless coffee pot. Happy I stopped here... Thank you to all there
