Warning to service dog handlers. This store is not ADA compliant and allows non-service dogs into the store. I have been here on multiple occasions with my service dog trainer and every time there are multiple pet dogs roaming the store. Often the pets are reactive - barking and pulling towards our service dog or untrained. There are signs in front of the store that clearly state service animals only and NO pets. None of the staff enforce ADA compliance and I have seen staff walk by people with their pet dogs without notice. So please beware and keep your service animals away from here. Other than that, the store is a typical Target and I can’t say except for the pharmacy staff that any of the other staff are stellar in terms of customer service.

The manager Cindy at the customer service department was extremely condescending and rude. I had six items and the cashier lines were through the roof so I went to customer service to purchase my items because the employees there always kindly scan my items and allow me to purchase. So I ask the cashier can I please purchase my items(because I never had a problem before) and the cashier who I later found out was the manager name Cindy. She refuse to let me purchase my items at that department because she said it was busy at her department. I told her no one is behind me so I don’t understand how it’s busy. She eventually allowed me to purchase my items once she realize I was the only one on the line. Her tone was very condescending and nasty. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location until now.

Update to previous review. Online says they have item in stock, go to buy it and nope it’s not there. Guess maybe someone else got it first? But it happens over half the time I’ve shopped. Nothing I want in stock.They have reduced the amount of gluten free products and barely have any vegan things. This is a city not the middle of nowhere. I don’t want to go to Whole Foods for an extra and more expensive trip! Also lately the lines are insanely long and it can be a nightmare. Also, where are the carts??!!! Never any available and they no longer bother to clean them. Ew. Closest target to me :(

Geo Tech & More!

The staff at the Target that I go to is very friendly. Very helpful at self checkout or at a register. The staff working stock and other departments throughout the store are very helpful and friendly. Plus Target has what I want which is awesome.
