Terrible patient practices. I would not recommend this establishment. They refused veterinary care for a patient because the patient hasn’t been in there office for 3 years. Even after explaining the situation and how serious it is they were very policy and procedure oriented with very little care for how important the animal is to my family. It seems like the care for animals only matters if you spend money there every year. I will never go back or recommend that “BUSINESS” to friends and family.

Hi Ruth. We use to be there, but have since moved to 40 North Street. The small animal portion has had new owners for 4 years now.
Belinda- It's best to give us a call/text to determine what time of exam is needed as there are different cost based on what type of exam is needed. Please call/text us at 207-532-4081.
@thishomesteadjourney that is a perfectly valid practice lol why would a business allow you to rack up another bill if you haven't paid earlier bills?
We We do not see rats in our Houlton location, but we do in our PI location. The costs would have to be discussed at the time of examination. This is not a typical procedure, so there is no set cost like a dog or cat neuter.
