Had eggs Benedict. Price was fair, waitress was nice, service was prompt, but portions were a little small. Taste was just okay. Not the best diner in the area, but not the worst restaurant by any means: this place is an acceptable option, but not something to go out of the way for.

While on business travel from Florida, I wanted a lobster roll and found this restaurant. It was unbelievable the lobster roll. I may have to fly back up here just for the lobster roll; lol. Would definitely visit again.

5 stars. 100 stars. All the stars for temple street diner. The food we had for breakfast was absolutely outstanding. Irish Benedict with perfectly crispy hasbrowns and hash for my daughter, same dish with perfect pan fries for me! My 4 year old had a gorgeous fruit bowl of hand cut strawberries, blueberries and banana. My coffee never ran out and it's really delicious. Service with smiles, great sense of urgency and enthusiasm. I took pictures of the menu so I can come back with my husband and friends. The lunch menu looks amazing and dessert too with hard-to-find faves like strawberry rhubarb pie and apple pie ala mode! Daily specials posted on a board. A true diner vs. chain diners there is absolutely no comparison. This was such a great experience that I have to rave about it!!! Will add to this review after we try the lunch menu. Open daily 6-3

Warm & friendly atmosphere here as the staff is very accommodating. Has a small town feel to the place. The service was great as we were greeted promptly and our server was very attentive. The food was delicious! Perhaps make the home fries portions bigger on the plates cause they were so good but not a big enough portion. Overall, great breakfast diner with excellent service and good food!
