Like seriously can you screw your customers over any more. I ordered large meals, they sent a tea spoon mac and cheese. Small fries and missed the fries entirely. Grubhub was useless. Absolutely pathetic.

KFC in general has fallen off to the point of no return but this place is the worst of the worst. A few years ago I ordered some food and it was so bad. My fiancée and I started getting the chicken from Popeyes and only getting the sides from KFC (mashed and Mac n cheese). Today I decided to give them another chance to redeem themselves which was a huge mistake. We ordered wings, a fill up box, chicken little meals and cookies. Let’s start at the beginning as I opened the bag I took everything out so that I can split between him and I. Took out the chicken littles and they were so messy! Looks like they slapped the sauce on the bread and then threw up mayo on it. So nasty. Next the fill up box. When I opened it up I notice there was one breast and one thigh. I only ordered one breast so what was the thigh for? Also I ordered the breast to be extra crispy and instead I got an original recipe breast with a crispy thigh. I started looking for the wings that my fiancée ordered and they were nowhere to be found. I guess they thought by giving me a $1.29 thigh it would make up for the $6.99 wings. Well thanks for the gesture but NO. Regardless of what went wrong the chicken tasted horrid. Last but not least the cookies. I ordered 12 for 5.99. McDonald’s cookies blows their cookies out of the box hands down!!! These are cookies you buy in a box in stop n shop. McDonald’s are freshly baked . A word of advice DO NOT EAT HERE ITS GROSS. IM DONE FOR SURE. Continue at your own risk 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I ordered ahead (mobile order), was there late because I couldn't find parking. Once I was in the establishment I showed him my phone they didn't have it ready, made me wait 10min. Then when I got into my car I saw that the individuals had just thrown the food into the bag. Not really packaged . The fries were out of place. No flavor and little of it.
