Missed much gravy but the food was wonderful and the staff was so nice.

Only one person on the register when I initially walked in. Then someone came to help and I think things moved even slower. There was no ice for the beverages. With 3 ppl in the front of the store and 2 putting orders together while 1 took orders, things should have moved better. It wasn't that crowded but with the delay of orders being put out, it got crowded by the time I left.

Illegally demanded service dog registration and refused service, I called to complain about manager and store to which corporate said I was correct, and they would have the store manager reach out. The manager never did.

Terrible service, bad order, slow and some have attention with a lot of stress. I have gone 4 times waiting for it to change and every day it is worse. I prefer to visit other branches.
