Love the sandwiches! Don't really grocery shop here, but they have some decent food options.

A packed, tiny, delicious sandwich shop and grocery store. Ordered the North End on sourdough, and the sandwiches come with everything. Mayo, mustard, banana peppers, lettuce, and tomato. One suggestion is adding distinction between rolls and slices of bread. I ordered the sourdough for my bread believing it was a roll... It was not. At any rate, wonderful, charming little shop.

Way too expensive for general shopping, but great for unique items or specialty chocolates. But my best recommendation is check out their deli sandwiches, they seem expensive but for Boston prices they're actually not that bad. They put a very decent amount of meat, vegetables, and whatever toppings you ask for on the sandwiches for the quality what turns out to be worth it. I don't ever shop in their little market, but I get sandwiches and deli items fairly regularly super fresh and always great tasting.

I used to buy some fruit here. Besides fruits and vegetables, there are a lot of different kind of food. Inside you can find a lot of shelves, fully packed of things. There are two bars, so sometimes you need to pay attention where's the cashier, and when it's about to close some doors are closed. Also there's sitting outside in case you want to have a sandwich seated next to the sidewalk. In last opening hours, some items are sold out. Quality is good but a bit pricey in my humble opinion.
