Listen! I hit a curb so hard my tire exploded! I was so nervous and upset.. I had my three babies in the car and drove it to this place. When I pulled up, there was someone waiting for me and he immediately reassured me that it was ok and he was going to fix it for me. His name was Omar and he serviced my car right away. He made sure that I was taken care of and calmed me down. The price was great (could not beat it) and I was so thankful to Omar and this company for being open and so happy to help me when I needed. I wish I had taken a picture of my tire because it was so bad... they fixed me right up. Thank you New Bedford used tires and Omar for your excellent service. You all were so kind and friendly to me.
