Do NOT go here if you’re looking for a clean car. Went here because a friend puked on my car after a night out. After the car wash, I still had puke and had to ask them to clean up. When I got back home I noticed that wasn’t the only issues. My bumper was still filthy, I had streaks on my windows, my side view mirrors were filthy, carpets were only partially vacuumed. How can you call yourself a car wash if you fail so miserably at this. This was my second time going here and both times I was disappointed.

The exterior Wash is AMAZING... and that's the only great thing about this place. Their interior cleaning, is not much cleaning at all. My car was very much still filthy in the inside. Had to go back home and crank the shopvac to get all the filth and junk out. Had to use tons of rags and cleaning solution out for the doors, dashboard and consoles. There are other local places that while the exterior cleaning is okay, the interior cleaning is waaaay better than here. If I just need a touch up on the exterior of my car, I would pass by here. Otherwise, go elsewhere.

My car had a ton of crumbs inside b/c of my young kids. I just wanted them to vacuum the inside. I did not care about the outside. I asked a worker if they would remove my car seats. He said they would. When my car was done, there were still crumbs inside. And it was clear that they did not remove the car seats. I explained that to the workers. They took the car around again. It still had crumbs in it. When I said something, they said that if I wanted it thoroughly cleaned, I should have bought a bigger package. I'm sorry...I paid you for a service...don't tell me that paying for a service only gets me a half a job. Then, when I got home, I moved the second row for another reason and found that the car wash place hadn't bothered to move the second row at all and there were whole crackers under there. They did not do the job I wanted. I will not go back there.

They left a lot of dirty spots. Also I noticed a crack on the windshield after the wash. Called them to let them know about it, and all they told me was, “OK.” Don’t go there, they will mess up your car. An hour later I wiped my windshield and noticed a lot of cracks all over it. I called again to explain the situation. After I stated to the manager that my car was damaged and asked what are they gonna do about it, he said, “Nothing.” And laughed. The most disrespectful and disgusting customer service I’ve ever seen.
