Pretentious. We walked over from the Met on a humid July day and were met with looks at our flip flops and shorts. I understand dress codes but can't imagine that they don't get many people coming from walking a day at the met or the park. The hostesses was not the friendliest and wanted to make sure we saw a menu first.. to check prices... as we were judged. The food and prices weren't as expensive as they acted.. again, pretentious. There were so many waiters just hovering with so few tables filled. Our waiter was nice but a 2nd came to help and and they hosted at each other as they argued about what was in the specials or not. The food servers brought food out and the waiters grabbed away to be the ones to serve...I get its a service but it was awkward looking. The grilled shrimp and scallops were very good as an appetizer but the soft shell crab entree left much to be desired. Cute place but too pretentious. Too bad because I like the locale but wouldn't return

The crudo was the stuff of dreams. The fish was so fresh it melted in the mouth. The bread basket was like a treasure trove. The bomboloni had a perfect consistency and great flavor. The crab pasta was good, buttery just in moderation.

The waiter was so nice!! Artichoke was delicious. Pasta was also wonderful♡

What a great experience! The waiter was so helpful and knowledgeable! The foie was outstanding, the lobster pasta cooked nicely, and ooohhhh that white truffle risotto. How can you go wrong?
