The staff was very polite and professional. I didn't think that my insurance would cover my eye exam, but the receptionists at the front desk offered to check it anyway, and ended up saving me some money. I did not wait long to be seen, and both the tech and Dr. Varnum were very friendly and experienced. The clinic has very modern technology, and everyone was happy to answer my questions. Thank you!

I had my appointment scheduled in October, paid for my contact fitting and up until today February 5, I have not gotten contacts that I was able to see out of. I was scheduled 3-4 appointments, one appointment I did not see the doctor, I was communicating through receptionist to a doctor even after being scheduled to come in at 8am. I was not able to drive or see at work. After the second fitting I was told there was nothing they could do to help, I questioned a refund where I was told the doctor would take my chart home over the weekend and try to figure out something that would work. I was then scheduled another appointment and was told a machine would be delivered soon to check my cornea. I had to call twice just to see if they machine had arrive only to be told it arrived but was not set up. After almost 5 months I am still waiting, only to call and be told I cannot be reimbursed. What a disappointment! I definitely will not recommend. If a doctor knows your charting information prior to scheduling a contact appointment why schedule if you know you cannot help that patient. Absolutely ridiculous!

My son is autistic and we had been having eye problems for years. Dr. MV used latest technology to pinpoint his problems and corrected his lenses. My son no longer squints and the other providers at this location have been great to help keep his eyes on point.

Dr. Varnum is a true professional. I have been going to him for several years, and have referred my Family and friends to him because of his knowledge, character, and professional expertise. I was provided a prescription before I left the office in case I wanted to obtain contact lenses elsewhere. I have been wearing contact lenses for over 40 years, he is the best optometrist I have ever been to.
