I've used Express Oil for several years for my routine oil change and inspections. Have always been pleased with the ability to get in and out quickly without an appointment. However this past July 14 2022 I had my oil changed. 3 days later I wake up to a carport and concrete drive flooded in motor oil. The oil filter had not been properly replaced and had blown out after a few days. It just so happened that not having to work over those days, I hadn't driven but a few miles each day ...... thankfully. No oil registered when I checked, it had completely depleted. A tow truck was sent and they replaced filter and oil. I tried to do some damage control to my property but the spill was too much for dawn detergent and a garden hose. I had to have someone come and professionally try and remove oil and stain. Damage was done to new grass that had been planted by driveway.... unavoidable but a loss just the same. I took the receipt the very next day to the manager who said he would turn it into corporate. It's been over a month and they still haven't paid. I call every week and I'm told no word from corporate. When I've asked for the franchise owners email, I'm told to contact corporate. It was their incompetence or mistake..... either way. It could have resulted in my engine being blown. I'm terribly disappointed I those lack of care. And it's most certainly one more thing on my plate I now have to fight. Why can't they just do what's right?? Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers ....... please pay for the expenses that incurred due to the negligence of your employees....... I am a TA/bus driver for the school system and I live on a very strict budget ....... I shouldn't have to cover the cost of clean up. This was a simple oil change....it could have cost $8-10k for a new engine.... ????.... would I have had to pay for that ??....It's been a month. I shouldn't have to go to corporate...... I shouldn't have fight to be reimbursed from this .....I don't have "concerns" I need to be compensated for what had to come out of my pocket. I had to spend Hundreds of dollars to clean up from a simple service that your establishment did not do correctly. There isn't anything to discuss. I took the invoice to the store site and gave it to the manager Jonathan, it really shouldn't take more. It has been one month. I question the integrity of the owner and corporation. This isn't good business.

Been coming here for oil changes for last handful of oil changes. This time I added state inspection to my oil change. It was myself, my one year old, and my dog. They were patient while I got my stroller out, let my dog have space (he bites), and were professional as they are every time. I wish I had names to mention but from the lady who directed me in, the gentleman that inspected my car, or the person at checkout. Y’all got a good thing going and I thank you again. We’ll be back for the next oil change!

I’ve been using this location for over 10 years. Unfortunately, the service for my last two visits was sub par and terrible respectively. This last time, I made a 10:30 appointment for a simple state inspection. I arrived at 10:25. After waiting 15 minutes, I was told they would not be able to get to me today because they had other vehicles already. I asked why their system allowed me to schedule an appointment if they in fact could not do the work. I asked to speak with the manager but the employee said he was too busy. Terrible customer service all around. Avoid this place. They are terribly mismanaged.

I arrived and one of the techs said it would be about 40 minutes. It was 41 minutes. Pretty accurate. Got my oil and filter changed and all my lights checked and air filter checked. Out in no time. Very knowledgeable and friendly people. Great service.
