Staff is loud at night. I witness staff yelling at patients. No cause to treat elderly sick patients like that. I intend on reporting to board of health. Elderly affairs . Public health. You need to hire professionals. It's embarrassing.

If I could give 0 stars to this place, believe me, I would. My father had been in the hospital for a little over three weeks due to multiple complications to his health, and he was sent to St. Joe's so he could get back on his feet. Due to covid, we weren't able to see my dad for 10 days, which was worrisome since he was still mentally confused, and when my mom was finally able to see him, he looked so depressed, and he seemed to have lost weight, almost like he wasn't being fed properly. He even had to be sent back to the hospital, due to his sodium levels going back up, and him being very dehydrated. I honestly wouldn't recommend this place.

Our family placed both of our parents at St. Joe's for rehab, long term care and dementia care. The staff could not have been kinder, more professional and genuinely warm to my parents and us, especially the nurses and nurses aides. Administration communicated effectively and supported our needs over 4 years. They even accommodated our request for my parents to share a room which was best for them and easier on our family visits. I immediately refer people to St. Joe's as my first choice for skilled nursing care.

Wish I didn't have to rate at all. My grandma left the hospital fine and was sent here for rehab. Now she's fighting for her life and they're refusing to tell us anything, saying we're not her health care proxies but have the paper on file and asking us to sign papers so they can get paid because that's more important to them then what's at stake (a human life). I usually don't write reviews but this one will be followed with actions! I've already obtained a great legal team and next I'll be calling the media. We have to make them HEAR us because writing reviews isn't going to stop them from hurting someone else's grands! Justice will prevail I promise you Nana💔 Make posts about this place on your social media accounts, word of mouth or whatever you need to get them out there so people know.
