So i go in asking for change today , i asked the teller for 100 in singles and other fractions. He gives me at least 10 dollars in ripped bills which i photo'ed some . Please never leave bank without counting or checking the bills because if not they will try and get over which is not right for the customer.Hi there. Close Cut (From Self Experience) My rating to Wells Fargo Bank and Management is 95% Perfection and Satisfaction. 5% I drop off due to a bit of Delay Services at Cash Counter. Cashier are too comfortable and feel like home. Executives and Manager are very skilled and highly professional. When I was there issue some checks for my sudden appointment with a customer. When my turn came, the lady first of all keep talking with the other coworker for few minutes and then she received a call on Phone and it takes me almost 10-12 minutes just to tell her I just need few checks. She didn’t misbehave. But she has to understand at work first preference to the customer. I understand you can’t satisfy all the customers but you could stick with your professional behavior, BECAUSE AS I SAID ALWAYS TO MY EMPLOYEES TOO, “WHEN YOU WORK FOR ANY COMPANY ONE THING MAKE SURE AND UNDERSTAND STAND YOU ARE “”THE COMPANY”” Because your behavior cast the image of the company in customers mind. The staff here is great and friendly. However, your experience with staff is over shadowed by the fact that you have to wait forever and that they are extremely under staffed. There are at least 6 teller windows but often only one working. This is an extremely busy location and it leads you to wonder how they treat their staff....I’m sorry to see you’ve experienced long wait times at this location, Delia. Let me look into this for you.
