La Pupusa Loca of Paterson never disappoints! The food is always amazing and the service is on point. Whenever I order from here, I am always pleasantly surprised. We usually order a variety platter and the green sauce it comes with is exquisite! Highly recommend trying out this place!

This is probably the best Salvadorian Food in the area! The environment is friendly and welcoming, but nothing matters if the food isn’t the highlight! Ommmmmg theeee best saźon ever!!!! You have to try their steak! Cooked to perfection! If you’re in the mood for pupusas this is soooo worth the drive. Love love love this family business! always so friendly!!! P.S. don’t let me get started on their chicharrón! 🤤

By far some of the best pupusas I have ever had. I usually order revuelatas and cheese. The pasteles and tamales de pollo are to die for. It feels like someone’s abuela is is in the back cooking. The staff is friendly and always willing to give a recommendation if you don’t know what your in the mood for. If you want a drink their bar has amazing sangria. I promise this place will not disappoint.

“Sure, I’m down for some pupusas” 🍽 Pupusa Loca of Paterson 📍Paterson, NJ ⭐️ 4/5 💰 $ 📣 Word of mouth / Google Search I have seen this place in downtown Paterson for such a long time but never stepped foot inside to taste pupusas, a classic dish from El Salvador. 🇸🇻 It’s a very friendly place, with nice mural paintings, and a bar. They played music which gave the upbeat ambiance. I ordered two pupusas: pupusa de queso (with cheese) and pupusa revuelta (mixed with beans, cheese, and chicharrón (pork)). It was really fluffy and delicious. I also tried the tamal de elote which was basic but the cream was really good. (A bit salty but I thought it was a perfect compliment to the tamal). As a drink, I ordered sebada which looked and tasted like pepto bismol. 😂 The place was a good spot to try Salvadorian food for the first time. It made me excited to want to try more dishes at other spots. . . . #njeats #foodinnj #elsalvadorianfood #salvadorianfood #salvadorian #pupusas
