Ive been eating at this place off and on for years. Since they were at their other location between East 21st and East 22nd. And they had the best chicken Parmesan hero I had ever tasted. But not anymore. I just ordered 2 Parmesan heroes from them. Parmesan usually has mozzarella cheese. The sandwiches had almost no cheese at all on them. And the sauce was very bland and tasted old. . I can’t believe how much the quality of this place has gone down. What once was a great well-known place. Turned out to be a total disgrace. Never doing this place again.

It's essentially diner quality Italian food. It has a B rating from NYC for Health + Sanitation too & it shows inside so I won't be going back. The table felt incredibly sticky no matter how many table changes my party made & my seat cushion was falling apart.🤢🤮 Update: In retrospect, it's not a surprise that the place isn't the cleanest inside though since they let their personal politics/drama dictate how they approach public health. This pic now makes the reason behind the lack of cleanliness inside clear.

Always a Great experience. Sam was a SPECTACULAR Server. Will come back Just for Her. My Wife, Daughter & I had a Wonderful Time. Food is Always Deeeelicious. Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms Are to Die for and Zeppoles are Soooo Fresh!!!! Oh and the Baked Clams Are ALWAYS a crowd FAVORITE when it comes to Anthony's

Our waitress Hope, for the 2nd time now, Exceeded our expectations Both times. She was helpful and honestly showed she cared that we had a good meal. The Kansas City pork chop special I got was amazing! ( see pic ) My girl got Fra Diavolo shrimp pasta. Came back a 2nd time and the experience was just as good! The wine's good and Chef Anthony definitely makes his food with love. You want a great Itialian restaurant to go to? GO HERE!! highly recommend!
