I get an email the order was delivered, I then check with the recipient and it was not delivered. I called the location and terrible customer service. Had to give the lady my name twice and she insisted the order was delivered. Despite I verified with the recipient the order was not received. I will never use this location again!

As we are there and looking at items, the front desk lady is just quickly trying to ring us up and telling us the total. Not “are you guys interested in anything else”, instead “your total is $54”. Rude. We bring the strawberries home and they are tiny. We got ripped off. I’ve never seen them this small from any edible arrangements. Never again.

I ordered big and beautiful arrangement, paid $108 for it, and what my friend got is literally half of what was advertised. Total disappointment. Don't order from the store on 5114 Ave N in Brooklyn.

Rude staff member. There was a sign that clearly stated that you can have your arrangement made while waiting. Told the lady if they were not going to honor that to consider removing the sign. Not sure if it was racially motivated but the look she gave me and her response made me feel she had no interest in servicing me that day. I really wish I had the option to rate zero stars. Never again and I don't recommend this business at all. Go to another edible arrangement store in Brooklyn but not this one.
