I was driving my truck and heard noises that weren't normal. I stopped at Mavis in Camillus to see if they could check it out and make sure it was safe.. Rob and Jay were great. They checked my brakes and found the recently installed brake pads were installed backwards and were grinding the rotors. They gave me their opinions and offered me options. They got me taken care of in less than an hour and I felt safe driving after.. I want to emphasize they did NOT do the original brake work.. I will definitely bring my vehicles here from now on.. thank you for being so helpful..

Excellent Customers services. Dave went beyond his duties as a manager and assisted me in researching tires before purchasing them. He was very calm and patient. He tried to get me a high equal rate tire without burdening my wallet and taught me about the different types of tires. Thanks.

These guys are great. They've helped me a lot with various different things and we're able to start almost right away, given it was fixing brakes on glad they were able to do it as soon as they did. Keep on mind this was during a slow time for tires (as they informed me) so speed may differ at other times of the year. But these guys are honest, hard working and good guys that do a good job. I'll be coming back for more.
