This gentleman had wonderful customer service! Love the way he does his business! So kind! I am rough on my ugg boots to say the least! I used to have go to another dry cleaner and they would send them out to CANADA to clean them and it would take over a month!..and they still didnt look great. I brought my boots in a little over a week ago...they were basically destroyed. He made them look brand new! And he put some real TLC into them ! Would 100% reccomend. Wonderful experience all the way around!!!

Fast and friendly service. I had a broken zipper on a coat and it took it to another leather shop who told me "we don't do coats." Walked into Midtown and 10 minutes later zipper was fixed, great service, great price, happy me!
