From self-care to a homeopathic approach to healing…this place has it all. I’ve tried just about every service and my favorite has to be the float pod, cryotherapy and compression therapy! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have the mini peak package but will be upgrading since going 3 times a month doesn’t seem like enough! My body feels so much better! I was skeptical but this place actually works! I hate writing reviews but this place is worth all the stars! Thank you For making my body hurt less.

So many excellent services to pick from here at Peak that I couldn't decide and did the "sampler". Having access to the modalities offered here at Peak makes me so excited as they can offer wholistic, noninvasive and cutting edge recovery options. Peak Recovery has it all. The staff is so knowledgeable on all of their services and each of their unique amazing benefits. I did total body cryotherapy my first time at Peak and felt AMAZING after. I slept so great and I felt so good during my workouts following. I highly recommend Peak to everyone- whether you are an athlete, someone trying to reduce inflammation in your body or someone who just wants to relax! Peak has something for everyone.

I've visited Peak Recovery and Health Center twice, and both experiences were fantastic! As an athlete, recovery is SUPER important, and I know that I'll leave Peak feeling way better than when I arrived, ready to tackle my training and races! I had a super relaxing float in the float pod, and battled inflammation and fatigue with whole body cryo and photobiomodulation. All of the staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the facility is a super clean and relaxing space. Already looking forward to my next visit!
