Very disappointed with their arrangement. The flowers I ordered were not close to what I received. I paid for a premium package and received an arrangement that was not as full and was not even decorated with the same flowers or ribbon as the picture. I understand that its winter and they may not have every flower in stock and to their credit they disclose this on their website. But I am surprised that a florist would run out of roses of all things. Also a heads up on the alterations would have been nice. I bought these flowers for my girlfriends birthday. This was suppose to be a surprise, because I never trusted the price you pay for hand delivered flowers. Over a hundred dollars later I now know why. I will say their customer service was very friendly and delivered the flowers in a timely matter. They also offered to refund the delivery fee, which is appreciated. They mentioned that they used different flowers that matched the value, which fine, that's a justification. But appearance wise it lacked. This may be commonplace but it has turned me off to using a florist in the future. I have posted pictures of what I ordered and what I received so others are at least aware of what they may experience. Edit: I ordered the “Teleflora Enchanted Cottage Premium” package. The company did leave a reply.

They were wonderful. They made a beautiful bouquet for my mother's birthday and she absolutely loved it. They were also very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this for any floral occasion.

Ordered off the website for delivery for my anniversary. They came same day delivery which was awesome. Problem is they were nothing like pictured online. Flowers were much skimpier then what was shown. Also it was white and red flowers and said it came in a matching red vase. What was received was an unmatching ugly purple vase. I emailed the company to let them known of my complaint and they won’t even respond back. I will not be doing business with them in the future.

I went in completely blind and never having been to this florist before, and boy was I pleasantly surprised. Didnt know that this is what I wanted, but i do now! This arrangement not only made my woman very happy for our anniversary but it also rang in under $50! The young woman who helped my ignorant a** out was delightful, prompt and polite. Would recommend to anyone with ears. 5/5
