Eric at Firestone provided exceptional, professional, friendly and knowledgeable service. Just as the heat wave of 2022 began, the AC in my car stopped working. I took it to tge Firestone on N. Main in Pawtucket and this angel of asked me a few questions, explained everything patiently and answered all of my questions. He also offered discounts to help this widow watching her pennies. I highly recommend this Firestone for impeccable and honest service and a great bargain too.

Brought my car in for new brakes and serpentine belt a few weeks ago. The receipt I received at the end said that they had also done a complimentary tire rotation. As it turns out, that had not been done. I called and they said they hadn't done that because the tires didn't need to be rotated? Then why put it on the receipt? Makes me wonder if the other items listed on the receipt were actually performed. I won't be coming back here again.

I booked an appt for Sunday, got a conf email, then got a call Saturday night that they 'dont have anyone' to do brakes. I rebook online for Monday, thinking to squeeze it in before work, and don't get a conf. Nor do I get a price quote at ant point. Try calling, nobody answers. Try the online chat to politely Cancel and it isn't working. I haven't got time to be messed around like this. Meanwhile a friend warns me I've had a near miss, as brakes are $200+ each here ?! and they take all day to install - I'd miss work. Thought Firestone were reputable, I'm going elsewhere ...

My wife called yesterday to make an appointment for an Oil change. She was told 10am tomorrow morning. I dropped the car off today and the appointment wasn’t even made, but they had her information in the computer! 12:00pm dropped the car off. I called to check on how things were around 3:30pm and the car wasn’t done yet. I come back to the shop after walking 2 miles because the bus broke down only to walk in and my car was still in the same spot where I left it. It is now the last car they’re working on before they close and on top of it they want to charge me more $$$ because the manager typed in the wrong oil type for our vehicle!!!! It is now 6:23pm and I’m still waiting!!!!! Unacceptable
