Pricing increases are becoming insane on items that just aren’t worth their asking sticker rates. It’s nonsense to claim the prices must increase to continue supporting their “local mission”. As a weekly customer I’m finding the daytime management to have zero interest in providing friendly or helpful service. Most the the staff is more than kind and helpful- a shame they’re stuck with their terrible management.

Price are $$$$$$$,I thought goodwill help make item affordable for people who can't afford shop in regular retail .price are higher depends of the manager how is working that day. Goodwill is selling target items more expensive than target

Pricing of old and used clothes are expensive! you can buy same brand and new to tjmaxx or marshall for the same price! I wonder how they came up with the pricing. Anyway, one lady from cashier seems not happy because most of the glass and plates, jar,mug, we bought are with $1 tag and she cant believe with the price,maybe she is expecting more and that person in-charge doing the pricing done it wrong!. The only one I like in this place is the location and the parking area. The arrangement of the items are confusing, they need to staff more to arrange the items as it looks junk on a shelf.

Great experience. They have lots of cute furniture and the staff is so kind in fact there were a couple errors with the charges and they were kind enough to let me come back in and correct everything. Since it's always final sale at Goodwill this went above and beyond in terms of customer service and honesty. I purchased so many items that were all dresses so it was not easy to see the mistakes (we all make them) but I am so glad the manager was able to correct the charges and showed me some other items that I bought and love. This is definitely a wonderful place to shop if you love to thrift and that service was exemplary! Thank you all!

Hello Sandra, thank you for your interest in donating to us! Yes, donations are accepted by our donation attendants who are located at our donation canopy entrance on the side of our Avon building. Donations are not accepted or processed inside of our retail store.
Hi Judith, yes we do accept upholstered furniture that is gently used, not damaged, and in sellable condition. However, we are unable to accept futons, mattresses, or box springs of any kind. Thank you for your inquiry and interest in donating with Goodwill. We are appreciative!

The following COVID 19 safety measures are currently in place at all of our locations: Hand sanitizer stations. Face coverings are required for staff and all who choose to shop in our retail stores. Face coverings are available to customers for free if one is needed. One-way foot traffic aisle floor markers are in place, 6' social distancing signage is in place and sneeze guards are located at our check out registers. Disinfectant wipes are available to customers for self-service shopping cart handle wipe down if they choose. Goodwill takes the safety of all shoppers and staff seriously and we encourage safe shopping experiences for everyone in our retail stores.
Hello Abdiel, We do have an all sales final policy which is listed at our cash out stations and on customer receipts. However, if faulty electronic items are purchased, we have a 48 hour return policy in place for store credit on those items. We also have testing stations at everyone of our locations for shoppers to test out electronic items prior to purchase to ensure they will be happy with the item they've selected. We're extremely grateful for all the generous donations we receive and always request donated items are clean, not damaged, lightly used, and in sellable condition. We sort through all items we receive as donations, and do not sell items that are visually broken or damaged. However, due to the extremely large volume of electronic items donated, all of those items can not be tested thus our having customer testing stations in place. New treasures hit our sales floors daily, and we hope you find some great items the next time you choose to visit one of our locations.
