Stopped in here today because my daughter's bike was making a grinding sound on our ride last weekend. The guys were awesome. Inspected the wheel/rotor right away. Just the nicest people and the service is terrific! Highly recommend them for buying a bike and maintenance.

They did a greak job on my fixing my bike. My tire was stolen and they found a perfect replacement for a +20 year-old bike that is not made anymore. They always called before doing work to let me know how much it would cost and how much time it would take. Highly recommend this shop for casual bikers to expert.

Almost made the mistake of going back to the department store to pick a new bike for the spring. So glad I found out I had a great bike shop just steps away from my house! (How I never knew these guys were around when I've lived in Salem so long is beyond me). Even though I wasn't able to go into the store to look at the bikes, I had pretty much already picked one out by doing my research online and was able to see it in person before making my purchase. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions before making my purchase. The pickup process was seamless and I was able to ride my new bike home in less than a week. Very pleased with my purchase!
