Great view of the gorge. Just be aware that there really isn't parking. It's more of a wide shoulder off the road where only about 4 cars fit.

Whoa I had to stop and check this out. Tempted if I had a paper airplane to see how far it would go from this perch. Great pics though...and a little vertigo. This north route is much prettier than the south highway. We did both sides.

Quick stop. Around 5 cars can be there at once. No hike needed. Great overlook.

You could, but there is only a place to pull off the road that is only wide enough for one car. There is a parking lot about a mile east on Salmon Falls Road that would work better and be safer for that. Lots of truck traffic at Cape Horn and the road isn't really wide.
The overlook off 14 is near mp 25 but if your looking to hike the trails to the other overlook there are spots to start hiking starting at mp24 to the park n ride parking area off salmon falls rd.
