Great place, great people... good luck getting in touch with any of them, and good luck getting an appointment for anything sooner that 14 days away. They clearly can't handle the number of patients they have anymore, woodworking of service has been going downhill for years now.

I consider Pentucket Medical to have the worst methods of communication I have ever experienced, in any company. The most negative experience took 4 days to resolve. All that was needed was a prescription to be called into a pharmacy. Phone calls were dropped because pushing "1" just disconnects the call, instead of getting you a call back. Wait times of over 20 minutes, which then become even a longer wait. A call goes thru, but the message never gets to the medical staff, until another call is made, which finally reaches a person. It still took another 2 days to resolve. Pentucket Medical needs fix it communication problems. I have been dealing with Pentucket for over 20 years. There communication has never good, but now it is unacceptable.

My experience was excellent. The staff in the reception area were very helpful in directing me where to go and how the new protocols work. Dr. Lopez and his nurses were prompt and very helpful. They asked all the necessary questions and answered all my questions. Lab personnel was also excellent, fast and caring. I give everyone a 5 star rating for all they did and especially considering the risks they take to provide patients with care.

I have always had an excellent experience at Pentucket Medical. When checking in everyone was very helpful. Whenever I called for an appointment I never had a problem. If I needed to speak to the Doctor they listened and had the Doctor call me back much faster than I expected. The Nurses are friendly and efficient. I found the whole process from checking in, seeing the Doctor, to having tests done all worked out fine. I have always had a very good experience. I think the system works very good and I will continue to keep going here.

I believe so. My husband works in Reading and when he needed blood work they allowed him to stop in Danvers bc it is on the way and opens early.
