We have ordered many times from this Pat's and usually do not have an issue. Last night I did an online order for delivery at 6:10 pm, after an hr and a half of not hearing anything I called to get an update and was told there were 3 orders ahead of ours in the opposite direction. We were not given the option to go pick it up or anything else. I called at 8:15ish and our order was still not getting ready to be delivered! So I told them we would pick it up! I get that on a Friday night places get busy, but maybe let your customers know that you are running behind because you are busy. So you don't end up with upset customers. If you get customers in situations like mine, maybe offer a percentage off their offer for the inconvenience, something small goes along way to show you appreciate their patience.

Very happy to find a pizza shop close to home that has so many other options other than pizza and everything we tried was very good. The pizza was perfect, thin crust great flavor! The Buffalo wings were awesome hot and medium sauce both were very tasty. We also tried the fried ravioli very (yummy) and the fried dough was excellent.

Amazing calzone ... Like nothing we've ever had. Highly recommended for the pizza lovers they put the garlic butter on the bread.

Haha No! we're not. I worked for and with the Mark's Franchise for almost 20 yrs. We are actually coming up on our 1 year anniversary of being out on our own. I bought my Franchises out from the Mark's company and went out on my own. In the process saved 80+ jobs and a lot of my employee's recieved promotions and raises, 1 of my General Managers even became an owner here at Pat's. We have New Homemade recipes, and the same drive and work ethic to bring you the same if not better quality and service! But I'm back to my Home town out from corporate...hence.. "Bringin' it Home". Thanks for taking intrest. Plus... last but not least, that's illegal! Rest assured we are running a tight ship, always have, always will.
