Last year, we would drive 20 minutes to get this ice cream. It was always fantastic!!! BUT this year, when we went a few days ago, something has definitely changed. The soft vanilla ice cream was actually tasteless, the waffle cones were thin and very crumbly. We know everyone is trying to make ends meet and looking for ways to save but believe me, you had a great product last year and now it is very different and very inferior. Maybe the machine was not operating properly, I don't know. I do know that we'll try again in case it was a bad day but if you've changed your mix...get the old one back. And get a better waffle cone. Your competitors are serving great waffle cones all around you. I do want to say that the staff is wonderful. They are so nice and polite and the cone size is great. They do not skimp on that. Here's hoping that next visit is a better one.

Best ice cream in town. Wonderful menu with exciting delicious flavors. Pleasant staff and clean environment. Always plenty of napkins and seating. Very family friendly place.
