I have been here a few times and am always rushed. Had my nails done and she didn’t even cut my cuticles I had to ask her twice to do it. The pedicure is timed. They give you a loyalty card but when you try to use it they don’t give you the discount. I just had $23 credit and when to use they said the last time I was in there they gave me $18 credit so I could not use it. I said you only give a max of $10 discount at each visit how did she give me $18? The man pretended he did not understand ne and the woman said she didn’t understand me. I will never go back

I called to make an appointment this past Sunday at 9:30 AM, I didn't realize they opened at 10 and I had a packed day, I would have been able to take a 10 AM appointment, just would have needed to plan my day better. Unfortunately I didn't realize they did not open until I got there and was at the doors, as I was wondering what I should do, two people, a woman and a man opened the store and asked if I needed anything. I explained the predicament I found myself, and they waved me right in and gave me a gel manicure. Julie was QUICK and ATTENTIVE! I adore how they came out even though my request was very simple. I could tell the skill and care that went into them and I am extremely grateful for the excellent service received despite my timing blunder! I have been coming here since opening with my mother and sisters and have had no issues ever, just excellent and attentive service. I cannot wait to go back :)

So disappointed with the entire experience. We were a party of 7 (3 adults,4 11 year old girls) I looked at the website prior to booking to see prices, as this isn’t my typical salon but knew they would be able to accommodate the large group. Once we got there I felt like everything was rushed. And up charged . I infact stated when they told me my dip manicure was going to be $55 that this is not what their webpage said. They then told me they would honor the webpage. Which wasn’t really my point. If your looking for factory feel and not a day of relaxing then this is your place

I went there for the first time a couple weeks ago and had one of the best pedicures of my life, I think it was the lavender one. I feel like I have brand new feet! I got a regular French manicure on the toes and a gel French on my hands and two weeks later everything is still looking really good save for one rouge nail (kinda expected on my part). My technician really took her time to get the French tip looking nice on each nail. It was a little priceier than I I'm used to but it was for my sister's wedding and I will definitely be going back to get a color change soon.
