I wish to give this place 0 star but unfortunately I can’t. The dunking donut in this area was terrible. There was a lady working at night shift, not sure her name. But she was working on 23rd January 2020. Her attitude was very bad. We asked for 3 bagels with cream cheese and 2 large regular coffees.. she only sliced those bagel , without toasted/ cream cheese on the side while this is not what we asked for. Both coffees were cold. And tasted like old brewed coffee and not fresh. Her behavior was scary as she wanna throw something over if u asked her more than one order. I don’t think anyone like this should work in a place where a lot visitor wants to take some rest on their way. It feels betrayed until u get into your car and see such a messed up customer service .

Comfortable facilities with good options for refreshment, including massage chairs. Clean bathroom, vending machines, free wi-fi, and ample parking. Spacious interior with gorgeous chandelier. Historical plaque out front.

If you thought this might be a convenient stop off the side of the highway, please let me be the first to apologize. As you can see, this unfortunately won't be the last apology you receive at this service plaza if you're traveling at the unusually late hour of 9:30 in the evening. The only redeeming factor was the very gracious woman working at the Dunkin Donuts. If not for her, this place wouldn't even deserve the singular star Google forces one to give when reviewing.
