Seems you need to either do a better job hiring or training their class a drivers. Not professional at all. Can even do a simple back into a dock in a day cab. Pretty sad. Almost got hit by the same driver as he flew out of Evan's cosmetics parking lot directly in front of traffic. Never looked then proceeded to flip off traffic as he backed back in.

We used RIST Transport for shipping a load of supplies from Syracuse NY to Westchester NY. Our companies debit card information was compromised and we began receiving Uber and Uber Eats charges from near their office some 250 miles away from us but 5 miles from their office. When confronted they blamed everyone and everything but their archaic system of security. We will never use them again and I suggest if you do, not to email them any financial information. Our bank is taking care of the problem, but the way RIST handled this deserved a review.
