We tried Rocco's for the fist time this week, and won't be back. We ordered online, and showed up at the suggested time to pick up our pizza and poutine, only to find out that they have their lobby set up so only one person can enter the building at a time. You can imagine how much of a mess this makes with multiple people stopping it at the same time in the rain. When I was finally able to come in out of the rain to pick up my food, my pizza was done, and the poutine hadn't been started yet. While waiting for the second half of the order and watching the confusion and chaos in the restaurant, it's pretty clear that they have a lot of things to iron out. Reviewing the food, the poutine was pretty solid, although the "large" portion is what you'd typically see from a street vendor as a normal order, and it had about twice the gravy I would have expected. The pizza was a generic pie with bland dough and sauce, and decent pepperoni. Overall it was a pretty forgettable pizza. Given how many pizza options we have locally, I'd be surprised if Rocco's can build any sort of customer base without some big changes on how the place is run, and how blah the pizza is.

Ordered on Sunday at 5:06pm. The person stated up to 60-90 min for delivery. I questioned that due to I could go pick it up. He said I’m sure it won’t be very long. First time ordering two med subs. The sub was on the size of a hoggie bun. Very small. The pizza sub cheese wasnt melted. I would have called to reorder but it took them an hour and half to bring our subs that weren’t even warm. Very disappointed. We’ve always order from the competitors but thought it would be nice for something different. Sorry but your subs and service need work.

Great quick service. I was really impressed with the quality of ingredients and the balance of flavor. Great pizza! Wings were really good (boneless) and the dough bites go so perfectly with pizza! Their garlic Parmesan sauce is A+. I wish their blue cheese was a bit chunkier.

These guys make a great pizza! Got a pepperoni pizza and it had cup and charred pepperoni, which are the pepperoni that look like bowls after they cook. The dough was nice and crispy, not too thick. Thats why Im not a fan of Marks pizza. The wings were nice and crispy! Just moved back from the West coast and have been craving pizza like this for a long time. Thanks for the great experience Rocco! 👍
