Came in to have my heat shield tightened on my '14 Frontier and they did more than that. They cleaned some components under my vehicle, alerted me to possible issues, and after all that I got a complimentary wash! My truck looked so amazing and shiny! I couldn't be happier with all the help I received at the service desk as well. Very polite, informative and professional. Thanks to all!!

Ryan was great at answering questions and a couple of things that needed addressed he took care of. It was going to take a while so he let us take a loaner car as we live out of town. We appreciated it. Service was great and car was all washed when we picked it up.

I understand that time is money but I tried to get an oil change when I was 1st suppose to do so but they did not have a date I could make. So I paid at another dealer to have it done. I then went on a long trip and tried to get the oil change done but again had to pay for it. So when I went in this time they said I had just come shy of the expired mileage/time for my free oil change so I paid again. I bought my vehicle there and I love it but am a little disappointed that they would charge me for this oil change. I have accepted it and I paid for it but I will not get any other simple work done at this place.
